Language requirements

Italian Non-eu students residing abroad who would like to enroll in a study course completely taught in Italian, have to prove their knowledge of the language through an Italian language test. Overview

The Master’s Degree in “Scritture e Progetti per le Arti Visive e Performative” trains graduates with specific disciplinary preparation in the field of visual and performing arts, providing appropriate methodologies, knowledge of the contemporary historical-cultural context and skills in writing and planning for the world of art, entertainment and culture.
Through a solid historical and theoretical preparation, together with the acquisition of a strong critical sensitivity, the aim is to help students develop cultural awareness and acute ability to interpret contemporary artistic phenomena. The design and writing skills are aimed at enabling students to acquire the appropriate expressive skills and disciplinary languages to design and manage interventions in the visual and performing arts, both in the framework of cultural and social processes.
The teaching methods include numerous specific courses for visual and performing arts, managed both through lectures and seminars supported by laboratory activities. The educational path also includes frequent moments of direct contact with professionals in the sector, through workshops and work projects, with the aim of experimenting the new forms of professionalism acquired in the field.

The professional profile acquired allows graduates in “Scritture e Progetti per le Arti Visive e Performative” to access various job opportunities in the world of media, entertainment and cultural events as specialists in both the creative side (screenwriter; editor of texts and contributions in specialized publishing; theatre, film and television critic; dramaturg advisor; creator of programmes and formats for film production companies and broadcasters or television platforms; responsible for the realization of integrated communication systems; web content editor, copywriter, video maker and visual design); both on the organizational side (curator of cultural and entertainment events, in particular for public institutions, artistic director for theaters, community halls, cultural foundations and museum institutions; social and community theatre operator, trainer in the socio-educational field in the arts; coordinator of social inclusion projects and territorial regeneration through visual and performing arts).
